If your email address you used to sign up isn’t working, make sure you’ve typed it exactly as it was when you signed up.
The email address field is Case Sensitive.
If you’ve got an account administrator you can contact, they’ll be able to help you know exactly which address you used using their User List.
They are also able to reset your email address there too.
And if you still can’t get it to work, contact us at email@example.com or via the support button within the app if you’ve not logged out.
