We’re big advocates of security around here and think it’s important to change your password from time to time.
Plus, there may come a time where you need to update your email or name too.
Accessing your account details
To access your AdBuilder account details, login to your AdBuilder account.
Then, click on your email address in the top right corner.
A pop up will appear with your first name, surname and email address in it.
These are the details that are associated with your account.
You’ll also see a header below that form saying “Change my password”, though this won’t contain any information due to the sensitivity of it.
Updating your name and email address
To update your email address or name, go into the Profile section as explained above.
You’ll see a pop up with your first name, surname and email address in separate fields.
All you need to do is replace the text in those fields and click “Save Settings”.
Updating your password
To update your password, go into the Profile section as explained above.
Then, on the pop up that appears, click “Change password”.
This will provide you with a form to fill out with your old password and your new one.
Once you’re happy you’ve provided the correct information, click “Update password”.
Your new password will be good to go from there!
