Editing an Advert

Editing an advert isn’t too difficult at all.

All you need to do is find the advert you’d like to edit, then either:

1. Click on the job title to open the advert.

This will open the advert in the ‘quick view’ pane.

To edit the advert, click on the button below the text editor that says ‘Edit Advert’.

This will open the advert on the final generated advert.

Once inside the editor, just navigate to whichever tab at the top of the AdBuilder (e.g. The Candidate or The Role, etc.) that has the field containing the information you need to change.

2. Click on the “Edit” button on the right side of the advert displayed on your dashboard

This will directly open the advert on the final generated advert.

Saving your changes

To ensure the changes are made, on the page that you’ve edited make sure you click the ‘Save and go to advert’ button

or the ‘Next step’ button.

Next Step

This will either take you to the final advert (with your changes carried across), or to the next stage of the AdBuilder to continue making changes.
