As an ‘Admin’ user you can view all of the adverts and companies a team has created by going into the individual teams.
To do this, click on the ‘Teams’ tab in the ‘Settings’ page, then click the team you’d like to view the adverts for.
Once you’re in, you’ll be able to see three sections:
- Team members
- Team adverts
- Team companies
Viewing team adverts
You can access all of the adverts created by a team on this page.
To edit an advert, click on the job title and the advert will open in edit mode in AdBuilder.
Just below the advert section you’ll see a similar section but for the team’s companies.
These are all of the companies that adverts have been created for.
To edit the default answers used for that company in AdBuilder, click on the company name and you’ll be able to change them there.
You can change default answers for the whole company or for individual teams using the drop down at the top of the page.
