Inviting a user

To add new Users to your AdBuilder account you’ll need to invite them.

Head to the ‘Settings’ page and under the ‘Users’ tab, scroll to the bottom of the page where you’ll see your ‘Invite List’.

To invite a new user, click on the ‘Invite A New User +’ button

and follow the onscreen prompts.

Once you’ve done that, click ‘Add new user & send invite email +’

and tell them to check their inbox*.

*Ask them to check their junk folders if they can’t see the email within a couple of minutes.

Sometimes you’ll need to add our email to your accepted senders list, which is called whitelisting. You can find out more on how to do this here.

If they still haven’t received it, please let us know via our support team.

You’ll then notice that the user will appear in your ‘Invite list’ until they accept the invite.

Once they accept the invite, they’ll move to your ‘User List’ along with your other users.

Please Note: a User has 4 days (or specifically 96 hours) to accept the invite.

After that point the invite will be pulled from the system and you’ll need to re-invite them.

Revoking the invite

Should you want to revoke the invite for any reason, so long as they haven’t accepted the invite yet you can click the ‘Revoke’ button


beside the contact’s name on the ‘Invite List’.
